Patcham Nursing Home has a full-time Registered Manager, Tricia Evett, and a dedicated team of RGNs, health care assistants and support staff. Nominated named nurses and key workers ensure each resident's personal needs. As part of our ongoing Quality Programme we encourage and support the professional development of all of our staff. We provide dependable, high level, specialist nursing care – 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. Our overall staff resources are high and we work as a team to ensure individual nursing needs are met. Nominated key workers ensure each resident’s personal needs and lifestyles are identified within a detailed and personalised care programme.
